Novo Fogo grows organic sugarcane in the jungle of southern Brazil, harvests it by hand, and distills it into cachaça, Brazil’s national spirit — think of it as rum’s Brazilian cousin! Novo Fogo produces a variety of organic cachaças from Silver to Barrel-Aged to be enjoyed in cocktails like the Caipirinha or simply sipped alongside your favorite beer. After the first taste, you might find yourself enjoying a moment of what we call Brazilian Zen. Saúde! http://www.novofogo.com/
