Started on June 27, 2011 at Paratti in Ballard and now at Capitol Cider, the Monday night world jam session has been a weekly highlight for both musicians and music patrons. The house band is made up of Adriana Fernandez on vocals, Eric Verlinde on piano, Jeff Busch on drums, Dean Schmidt on bass, Ernesto Pediangco or Tor Dietrichson on percussion. As the name EntreMundos suggests (it means inbetween worlds) the music goes easily between genres and forms.

One of Seattle’s longest running jams! Started originally by the group Bebop and Destruction in 1997, the jam has a tradition of playing great jazz standards and performing fun experiments with them. Eric Verlinde co-host the evening with Jose Martinez and every week features the finest musicians in town! Come on down for a fun night of music, we go til 1am!

The newly crowned Seattle/Kobe Jazz Queen. She is just coming off of a trip to Kobe, Japan singing several performances there. She will be joined by Eric Verlinde, Mike Barnett and Greg Williamson.

NOW, back to Full Circle Jazz Ensemble monthly Joy of Jazz at El Malecon.
Once again, we will be at El Malecon on Sunday, May 18. Tim Hickey will be there to tell you more about Tap for Joy
and perhaps he may have a preview!
We are pleased to be inviting drummer Phil Parisot to rhythmically stir it up for us.
Phil is one of Seattle’s most loved drummers. He has played regularly with the best of the best.
